Issue : Customer fail to replace Tone
Debug :

1) Try replace with soapUI and trace error log

Error with NDP Charging.

2) Check subscriber playlist
Check SDR record
Not terminated and valid. Compare with GD playlist.
Identify Error :
Playlist and SDR match. Suspect content error. Check each content.
Content returns result and valid. Match product code to Label Owner. HIM should be assigned to merchantID GD001 and hence productCode should be A65. Mismatch with Atomic record. Error identified.
Resolve :

1) Call changeContent to fix Atomic record.
Assign old providerCode & productCode base on Atomic record. Assign new providerCode & productCode base on GD record (correct value).
ContentID unchanged for both.

2) Try replacement again.
Update CS case result.
